Why should you install a fitness corner in a child’s room?

Movement, exploration, and play are integral parts of a child's life. Physical activity is extremely important for a child's growth and development in early age. Regular exercise significantly reduces the risk of cardiovascular diseases and diabetes, which is especially important in child development. It makes children stronger, channels their energy, and encourages concentration. Exercise also improves mental health by increasing serotonin levels in the brain, reducing stress, and boosting self-confidence.

For home workouts, you do not need a separate gym or hall – a portion of a wall in the child's room (or in another room) is sufficient to install wall bars (a multifunctional piece of equipment for children from the age of 5 up to adulthood), which can be combined with a climbing wall (ideal for children from the age of three) and numerous other accessories.

Climbing for children has many benefits; besides encouraging the strengthening of all muscle groups, it also contributes to the development of proprioception and self-confidence. Climbing also requires concentration and careful planning, as the child needs to think about where best to place their hand and foot.

Children love games and activities in which they can compete, and on the climbing wall, they can compete with friends, brothers, sisters, or even themselves (timing how quickly the child can climb to the top). Through play, balance and coordination are developed, and it helps them quickly learn what is left and what is right.

The climbing wall comes with 20 handholds, and after mastering one direction, you can set a new path for the child by changing the position of the holds.

Cleaning:
Use a damp cloth and mild detergent. The surface must be dried immediately to prevent water from damaging the product surface. Do not use abrasive cleaning agents!

The bars are painted with non-toxic, ecological, water-based paints intended for toys; the paints are not harmful to humans or animals. The bars are intended for children aged 3 years and older.

Safety Notice:
